Although we offer gluten free products (no added gluten), we do not recommend our items to people with Celiac disease due to the risk of cross contamination. Zserbo Bakery operates out of a shared commercial kitchen. Some of our products contain nuts. We use walnuts, pecans, almonds, hazelnuts and coconut. It is recommended that individuals with any form of food allergies do not consume our baked goods.
